Overview
The Analytics tab in the Console provides a comprehensive overview of how visitors interact with your content and media. By tracking real-time engagement and feedback, your Venue can make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize the visitor experience.
Analytics Features & Overview
The Analytics tab gives high-level visibility into content engagement, media consumption, search performance, and direct visitor feedback.
Date Range Selection: All metrics can be filtered using the date range picker. On initial load, the view defaults to the last 7 days.
Timezone Consistency: Dates and times displayed across all reports reflect your Venue’s local timezone.
Data Syncing & Caching: Data is updated daily at 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM AEST. To ensure optimal performance, data is cached for up to 6 hours unless date filters are adjusted.
