Overview
Digital Labels are part of the Extend product line, helping you transform how you present your collection inside your Venue. This product delivers dynamic, screen-based content for devices like tablets and touchscreens, enhancing visitor engagement by highlighting artifacts, introducing galleries, or contextualizing Spaces. Everything needed for setup and management is handled from the Devices tab.
Before You Begin
Before you link a Space to a Device, ensure you have completed the foundational setup: Manage Your Venue, Manage Your Buildings, and Manage Your Levels and Spaces.
Digital Labels leverage the Space and Object content displayed in the Empower PWA. If you'd like to display content that hasnโt yet been added to your Pladia Console, please begin by creating the necessary Spaces and Objects before setting up your Digital Labels.
Note: The Devices tab is currently available to Extend-enabled customers only. If youโre interested in enabling Digital Labels for your organization, please contact your Pladia Customer Success team member.
