Upload Audio

  1. Navigate to Audio from the left navigation in the Console.

  2. To add a new audio file:

    • Drag and drop the audio file into the outlined action bar at the top of the screen.

    • Or select Choose a File from the same action bar to browse your computer.

  3. The Pladia Console will show the upload process. Once complete, the new audio file will be listed.

Edit Audio Details

  1. To edit an audio file, click into it from your Audio library.

  2. From the edit screen, you can alter the Audio Name and External ID (the ID for the Audio associated within other systems of record).

  3. Click Manage Transcript to type or copy your transcript in, attaching it to the audio entry.

  4. Upload corresponding audio files in multiple languages where relevant.

  5. Once you're happy with the results, select Save.

Delete Audio

Deleting unwanted audio will remove the file from the Console. It will also remove the attachment from any linked content like Objects or Tours in the PWA.

  2. Select Delete to remove it from the Console.

  3. You can also use the context menu from the item detail page to select Delete.

Confirm Your Changes

After you've created or edited your Audio, complete the release process to make the content visible to visitors. Audio files are automatically ready to be included in the public release as soon as you save them.

  1. Release to Public from the Releases page in the Console.

Note: If you delete an audio file that is referenced in the PWA, you must release your changes. Any affected items will appear in the Release list for review.
