JPEG (.jpg) or PNG (.png)

Minimum resolution:

150 ppi

Max size:

1500 px

Upload Images

  1. Navigate to Images from the left-hand navigation in the Console.

  2. To add a new image:

    • Drag and drop image files into the outlined action bar at the top of the screen.

    • Or select Choose a File to browse your computer.

    • Bulk uploads are limited to a maximum of 10 assets at once.

  3. The Pladia Console will show a loading screen while your image/s are uploading. Once complete, the new image/s will be listed.

  4. In the list view, image files with alt text display a brief preview right under their title. The grid view shows an ALT icon on image thumbnails. Edit newly uploaded files to add their alt text.

Edit Image Details

  1. Select an image from the list or grid to open the preview panel form, allowing you to make quick edits without navigating to a dedicated asset form. Alternatively, select the context menu (three dots) next to an image and select Edit Image.

  2. From the Edit Image screen, you can modify the Image Name, Alt Text, or External ID (if enabled) in the details form.

    1. An image preview will show to the right of the image details in your selected default ratio, such as 4:3 aspect ratio.

  3. Once you're happy with your changes, select Save.

Delete an Image

Deleting an unwanted image will remove the file from the Console. It will also remove the attachment from any linked content like Objects, Spaces, or POIs in the PWA.

  1. Open your Image Library and click the context menu (three dots) next to an item.

  2. Select Delete to remove it from the Console.

    1. This will also remove the attachment from any linked content like Objects, Spaces, or POIs in the PWA.

  3. Alternatively, open the image preview panel or detail view, select the context menu (three dots), and select Delete.

Confirm Your Changes

After you've added or edited your Images, complete the release process to make the content visible to visitors. Images are automatically ready to be included in the public release as soon as you save them.

  1. Release to Public from the Releases page in the Console.

Note: If you delete an image that is referenced by content in the PWA, you must release your changes. Any affected Objects, Spaces, or POIs will appear in the Release list for review.
