When you're ready to go live, it’s time to release your changes to the public-facing PWA. While many users review their updates in Preview first, you can release changes straight after editing—especially for small fixes or turning content off.
Note: All items being updated or removed must be prepared in the Console before they can be included in a Public release. This means new content must be Published, and content being removed must be set to Draft.
Steps to Release Content Publicly
To queue changes for the release, click Publish for additions or Revert to Draft for removals on the individual items in the Console.
Navigate to Releases from the left-hand navigation.
Review changes on the Releases page. You'll see a list of items with the Published-sync or Draft-sync status. This list includes changes made by any user on your team.
Click Release Changes and Release to public to open a confirmation prompt.
(Optional) Use the free text field to add Release Notes (e.g., initials, date, or a short description for other Console users).
Click the Release to public button. This action releases your updates to your Public PWA. You will see a notification once the release is complete.
Confirm Your Changes
You’ve successfully released your updates to the public app—visitors can now explore the latest content in the PWA.
You can check the Release History using the right-hand panel on the releases page, which shows previous release notes, for your reference.
You're all set! Contact Customer Success if you have any further questions.
