Overview
If you need to remove content from the PWA, you can unpublish it by reverting it to a draft. This action hides the item from the PWA after a Public Release. Like all changes, it must be included in a Public Release before it’s removed from the PWA.
Unpublish PWA Content
Navigate to the Published item you want to unpublish.
Click the Revert to draft button. This will change the item’s status to draft-sync, indicating it's no longer intended for public display and is pending release.
Navigate to the Releases page from the left-hand navigation.
Review the items in the list. You’ll see the item listed with the status draft-sync. This status shows that the item has been reverted to draft but hasn’t yet been included in a Public release.
Click Release Changes and Release to Public. A confirmation prompt will appear.
(Optional) Use the free text field to add Release Notes (e.g., initials, the date, or a brief explanation of what was unpublished).
Click the Release to Public button. This finalizes the change and removes the item from the public PWA. You’ll see a confirmation once the release is complete.
Confirm Your Changes
After the release, the item’s status in the Console will update to Draft, and it will no longer appear in the public-facing PWA.
