Once a Console operator has reviewed their work from an end-user perspective, they are usually prepared to Publish a Public bundle. In Pladia, operators have the option to Publish a Public bundle only when they are content with the end-user experience following the Preview Bundle.

This article delves into the process of publishing a Public bundle, whether after publishing a Preview bundle or immediately after system edits.

It's crucial to note that all content must be set to 'Put On Display' before it can be published as a Preview or Public bundle.

Steps to Publish a Public Bundle in Pladia

  1. Once you have put your attributes On Display, select Publish in the left navigation.

  2. Under the Public section will be a list of objects that have changed their display state.

    1. This list includes changes made by any user, not just changes made by yourself during the current session.

  3. Before selecting Publish, you have the opportunity to add any Publish Notes.

    1. This is a free text field where you can include details such as your initials, a date stamp, or a summary of the changes made in this particular publishing run.

  4. Click on Publish Public Bundle to proceed.

  5. Once you have published the bundle, you can view your publish in the Publish History panel on the right side.

    1. This panel records all previous publishes for easy reference.

Congratulations! You have successfully Published a Public bundle to the app, for your end users to enjoy in the visitor-facing application. Please feel free to reach out to Customer Success if you have further questions.
