Overview
Pladia is used across various sectors, and we recognize that the term Objects may not always fit your specific organization or industry. To make the platform feel more relevant to your team, you can customize this terminology and properties.
Configure your Terminology and Properties
Navigate to Settings (accessible via your user icon).
Under Catalogue, select your preferred terminology for your Object records from the dropdown list.
The options available are Objects, Items, Exhibits, Artworks, Stories, Animals. This list may be expanded over time.
Under Physical Content, order and manage the properties that will appear in your Object record forms.
Once you're happy with your changes, click Save.
These settings can only be changed by Console Admins.
Applying the Changes
After saving, this new terminology setting will be applied throughout your Console, replacing the default word Objects. The form for creating and editing Objects in the Console will be updated to show your configured properties.
These changes will also show in the PWA.
Note: Because this is a Console setting, no Public Release is required for the change to take effect.
