Empower App Updates:
Vimeo Integration for Video Playback
With the new Vimeo Content Blocks, visitors can now play videos directly from Object, Space, or Point-of-interest (POI) descriptions in the Empower PWA.
Muted by Default: Videos are muted by default, ensuring that audio is only played when visitors choose to unmute.
Simple Configuration: Simply configure the Vimeo URL in the description to bring this feature to life in your app.

Enhanced Preview Mode
The improved preview mode in the Empower PWA streamlines the process of testing and sharing changes before publishing. The workflow for publishing a preview bundle in the console is unchanged.
Simple URL Parameter: To initiate a preview session, simply add "
?audience=preview" to the end of your PWA URL.For example:
demo.pladia.io?audience=preview.
No Impact on Visitor Analytics: Preview sessions will not affect visitor analytics, allowing internal users to review changes without skewing visitor data.
Easy Switching: Users can switch back to the live version at any time by selecting "Switch to Published version" from the preview tab.
You'll know you're in Preview Mode by the 'Preview' tab displayed in the top right corner of the screen.
Clicking the Preview tab will give you the option to 'Switch to Published Version' to exit the preview session.
Empower Console Updates:
Vimeo Content Block Configuration
Customers can now enhance their Empower PWA by adding Vimeo videos as Content Blocks, making it easy to integrate video content directly into their visitor experience.
Easy Setup: Open the Space, Object, or POI where you want to add the video. Navigate to the content tab, click the "+" to add a new content block, select "Video," and paste the Vimeo URL.
Visibility in PWA: The Space, Object, or POI containing the new content block must be included in a public bundle and published to be visible to visitors in the PWA.
You can add videos to the content for your Spaces, Objects, and POIs by selecting 'Video' from the Content setup tab.
Then paste the Vimeo video URL into the provided field
New Analytics Dashboard Experience
We’ve upgraded to a new analytics dashboard, offering enhanced insights into visitor behavior and more flexible data management. Explore the new features directly in the Empower Console to see how the improved dashboard can provide deeper insights and more detailed data analysis.
Enhanced Data Insights: Gain deeper insights into visitor behavior with advanced filtering options by date range, building, level, and space.
Flexible Data Export: Export charts in various formats including CSV, XLSX, JSON, and PNG for comprehensive data analysis.

QR Codes for Spaces
You can now generate QR codes for Spaces in the Empower Console, in addition to objects. This feature also includes tracking capabilities to monitor visitor interactions with the QR codes.
Generate QR Codes: Create QR codes for Spaces directly in the Empower Console, alongside those for objects.
Tracking and Management: Copy the QR code link, view and download the QR code, or quickly launch the associated PWA page with the provided buttons.
These options have also been updated for Objects.
Detailed Interaction Tracking: Monitor how often QR codes are scanned and analyze visitor engagement through the Empower analytics dashboard.
Utilizing the Empower QR Codes has never been easier.
Customer-Facing Roadmap Now Accessible in Your Pladia Console
We’ve made it easier for customers to stay informed about upcoming features and updates by linking our customer-facing Roadmap directly in the main navigation of the Empower Console.
Direct Access: The customer-facing Roadmap is now prominently linked in the main navigation under the Help section, providing easy access to planned features and updates.
Stay Updated: Quickly view and track upcoming changes and enhancements to stay informed about future developments.
